How It Works
Booking with Aussie Poo Pickup is easy — just book online or give us a call and we’ll handle the dirty work from there. Choose the service that suits your yard and your schedule, whether you need us once a week, fortnightly, twice a week, or just for a one-off clean-up. We’ll show up, scoop the poop, and leave your yard fresh, tidy, and far less offensive to the senses. We scoop the poop, double-bag it, and either place it in your bin or leave it in your preferred spot for disposal. No mess, no stress.Subscription options:

Service Area
Currently we service Bairnsdale, Lakes Entrance, Nowa Nowa, Paynesville and most places inbetween.We have broken our service area into two zones to keep our routes efficient. (see below)Zone 1 is serviced on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and Zone 2 is serviced on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.Weekly and fortnightly subscriptions need to be set to one regular day each week, while twice-weekly subscriptions need to be set to two service days within your zone.One-off cleans can be booked on any day we have space available.Give us a call or an email to find out if we service your area

Pricing
From just $38 per week, you can enjoy a clean, mess-free yard without lifting a finger.Our most popular Weekly Service is $165 per month — we visit once a week, which works out to around $38 per visit for reliable, ongoing maintenance that keeps everything under control.Need something less frequent?
Fortnightly Service is $123.75 per month — we visit once every two weeks, at about $61.88 per visit, perfect for lighter upkeep.Want the ultimate convenience?
Twice Weekly Service is $297 per month — we visit two times each week, at just $34.25 per visit, giving you the best value per clean and a consistently spotless yard.Or, if you just need a reset:

Terms of Service
Dog Waste Removal Service Terms of ServiceBy initiating service with Aussie Poo Pickup, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payments and Billing
All payments are processed through a secure client portal.
Clients must have a valid credit or debit card linked to their account prior to service. Invoices are generated automatically and charged according to the billing schedule selected at signup.
Billing occurs on the when customer accepts terms and pays via Stripe
Receipts are sent electronically.
If payment information is not on file at the time of service, the cleanup may be skipped or rescheduled to the next available date.

Billing Schedule
Recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
Initial or one time cleanups are billed prior to service.
All services billed for a given billing period are non refundable once that period begins.

Cancellations and Subscriptions
Clients may cancel service at any time.
Subscription plans are non refundable.
If a client cancels mid billing cycle, service may continue through paid period.

Scheduling and Arrival Times
Specific arrival times are not guaranteed on subscription routes. One off cleans will be arranged with the customer.
Service may occur Monday to Sunday – 7am to 6pm
Routes are optimized daily for efficiency. Clients may receive a text notification within 60 minutes prior to arrival.
Service days are generally consistent. Any permanent changes will be communicated in advance.

Access to Yard and Pets
Clients do not need to be home during service.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the yard, including unlocked gates.
Dogs may be present during service if they are friendly and non aggressive. Unsafe or aggressive animals must be secured prior to arrival.
If a dog is in the yard and deemed too aggressive to perform the service Aussie Poo Pickup has the right to skip the service at the customers expense.
If a yard is locked and not accessible on scheduled route Aussie Poo Pickup has the right to skip the service at the customers expense.

Grass and yard areas must be reasonably maintained and not excessively overgrown. If the lawn is too long or the area is heavily overgrown, extra time and charges may apply, or the job may need to be rescheduled.

Holidays and Weather
If service falls on a major holiday or is impacted by severe weather, service will be skipped, rescheduled or doubled next visit. A customer representative from Aussie Poo Pickup will contact you.
Accumulated waste may result in a longer cleanup on the following visit.

Equipment is disinfected regularly using appropriate cleaning products to reduce the spread of germs between properties.
